Dr. King to Speak at Podcasting Virtual Conference Sat. July 28

Transformation Education LLC's president, Dr. Kathy King will be a speaker at Podcamp City Online July 28 from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM EST. The purpose of the conference is to freely educate and share information about podcasting to beginners and experts alike.

Dr. King's session will be "Podcasting on a Budget for Everyone." This includes live, interactive presentation in which she will field questions and provide illustrations of how podcasting can be done well and inexpensively with a focus on your purpose.

All sessions within the conference will be 30 to 60 minutes. Speakers will be able to navigate the internet as well as their own Powerpoint presentations in front of the live audience in our interactive audio/video voice and text chat virtual web conference room.

Participants can be involved at their own level of expertise and desire for involvement. One can go the url, log-in and choose to
  • watch and listen to the sessions with only speakers or headphones.
  • watch, listen and chat with participants and the speakers, using above equipment, plus text chat.
  • watch, listen, chat and/or speak with participants and the speakers, using above equipment plus an inexpensive microphone or headset.
The choice of involvement is up to each individual, but we expect that people will find they are comfortable with the company they find gathered together for this "unconference" and with the ease of the technology. Usually folks jump right in and enjoy being part of quality events from the comfort of their computer.
